Specifications mandate 1200 kms/month and 260 hours/month with outstation capability. Vehicles must be sedans; provide exact make/model/year. GST at 5% is included; no cess. Extra kms and hours are billed per SLA with multipliers of 0.5 and 0.4 respectively.

Contract extension is permissible up to 6 months beyond the initial duration, provided performance is satisfactory and both parties consent. Rates and terms remain unchanged for the extension period, per ATC terms.

Quoted prices must include GST 5%; there is no price variation during the original or extended period. Extra usage charges are calculated via the SLA formula based on additional kms or hours with specified multipliers.

Submit lease deed or official authorization if vehicles are not in bidder’s name. Include Make, Model, Type, and Year of manufacture; ensure Odisha MV Act compliance documents if applicable and provide OEM authorizations when required.
