Bidders must submit GST, PAN, financials, and experience certificates, plus TEC documentation showing DGCA-compliant training capability. Include OEM authorizations if applicable, EMD documents, and technical compliance for the Mini Drone Ball with RC and carry case. Training details must be demonstrated and certified by a DGCA-qualified instructor.

Eligibility requires prior experience in supplying drone equipment, ability to provide 1-week DGCA-certified troop training, and financial statements demonstrating stability. Submit technical bid with compliance certificates, OEM authorizations, and a demonstrated capability to supply spare toolkit, RC, and carry bag with each unit.

Submit GST certificate, PAN card, experience certificates for similar procurements, last two years financials, EMD documents, technical bid and compliance certificates, OEM authorization if needed, and DGCA training credentials or trainer qualifications for demonstration during evaluation.

The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity up to 25% at contracted rates. Delivery timing follows the option clause with minimum 30 days extra time; extended delivery requires calculation: (increased quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period.

At delivery, a 1-week training program for troops by a DGCA-qualified instructor is mandatory. The vendor must confirm and submit the training certificate as part of TEC documents to qualify for technical evaluation and final award.

Each drone must include a spare toolkit, the drone RC, and a drone carry bag. These items are explicitly required in the terms and must be supplied along with the drone package.

A live demonstration of all technical parameters is required during technical evaluation. Failure to demonstrate may lead to rejection by the Technical Evaluation Board, making demonstration a critical gate for eligibility.

Delivery timing is linked to the last date of the original delivery order; if the option clause is exercised, extended time follows the specified formula, ensuring a minimum 30-day extension where applicable.
