NTPC Limited Goods Supply Tender Karimnagar Telangana 2026 - OEM Authorized Service & 12 Month Warranty

Bidders must submit Technical Data Sheets, signed Technical Compliance, Special Purchase Conditions, and price justification. OEM authorization is required if bidding via an authorized single agency; the OEM must be NEW ALLENBERRY WORKS or its authorized representative with proper tender authorization. Include GST details and HSN code in the bid.

Required documents include GST registration, PAN card, audited financial statements, experience certificates for similar supply, Technical Data Sheets, signed Technical Compliance, OEM authorization (if applicable), and price justification documents such as government PO references.

Warranty is 12 months from the installation/first use or 18 months from the dispatch date, whichever is earlier. No separate warranty certificate is needed; terms bind the supplier. Ensure conformity with interchangeability of spares as per terms.

Prices must be firm till delivery on an FOB/FOR Destination Site basis, including P&F, freight, insurance, GST, and all charges. The price quoted must remain unchanged through delivery completion; GST is reimbursed per actuals or as per quoted rate, whichever is lower.

Bidders must upload GST rate applicable to each item and corresponding HSN code. GST reimbursement will be per actuals or the quoted rate, subject to the bidder's GST percentage. Ensure GST details are consistent with GST returns.

Materials will be inspected after arrival at NTPC Stores. Suppliers must ensure that all items meet the required Technical Data Sheets and Technical Compliance prior to shipment to avoid rejection at inspection.

The OEM must be NEW ALLENBERRY WORKS; alternatively, a single authorized agency of the OEM with tender authorization may bid. The authorization document must be uploaded with the offer to be eligible for evaluation.

Delivery is on a FOR Destination Site basis. The location is NTPC stores in Karimnagar, Telangana. Ensure the price includes all charges and that the offered goods comply with interchangeability requirements for existing equipment.
