NTPC Limited Tender for Spare Parts Procurement in Sonbhadra UP 2026 – Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd OEM, 12-Month Warranty 18 Months Dispatch

Bidders must submit GST registration, PAN, Technical Data Sheet for all offered items, and OEM authorization if bidding via an authorized agency. The price should be on a firm FOB Destination Site basis, inclusive of GST, P&F, freight, and insurance. Ensure the 12-month/18-month warranty terms are acknowledged.

Required documents include GST certificate, PAN card, Technical Data Sheets, OEM authorization (if applicable), financial documents if requested, and any applicable experience certificates. The bid must clearly indicate HSN code and GST rate for each item quoted.

Warranty is 12 months from installation/first use or 18 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier. No separate warranty certificate is required; warranty terms bind the supplier contract. Ensure interoperability of spare parts with existing NTPC equipment.

Prices must be quoted on a firm till delivery basis under FOB Destination Site terms. All charges including P&F, freight, insurance, GST must be included in the quoted unit basic price. Increases in quantity may occur up to 25%.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 25% at contract placement and during the currency of the contract at contracted rates. Additional delivery time is calculated as ( Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity ) × Original delivery period, minimum 30 days.

Eligible bidders include OEMs or a single authorized agency of the OEM with uploaded Tender authorization. Other vendors will be rejected unless proper OEM authorization is provided. GST/PAN and Technical Data Sheets are mandatory documents.

Bidders must ensure spare parts are interchangeable with existing NTPC components; no separate fitment certificate is required. Provide Technical Data Sheets confirming compatibility and interchangeability, and ensure spares fit existing equipment without mismatches.

Only bids from BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD or a single authorized agency with OEM authorization will be accepted. The OEM authorization must be uploaded with the bid; all other vendors will be rejected.
