Tender Notice for Providing Laboratory Assistants and Watchmen to Hydraulics Division No.1 and its Branches at KERS, Krishnarajasagara for the year 2026-27 . in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall quote only the service charges for rendering the manpower services in this tender.

Service charges of tendered amount quoted below 3.85% will not be accepted

The service charges quoted shall include the statutory deduction towards income tax so as to ensure full payment to the man power staff except for deduction towards Employees contribution towards ESI, EPF and Professional taxes wherever applicable.

The Bidder shall provide Lab Assistants-03 Nos and Watchmen-2Nos to Hydraulics Division No.1. Karnataka Engineering Research Station K.R Sagara-571607 .

Qualification of the Lab Assistants which are to be provided to the Hydraulics Division No.1, KERS, K.R.Sagara are as mentioned in the bid document.

The Bidder shall provide uninterrupted service to the Department.

The bidder will be responsible for the discipline of the staff employed by them as per Conduct Rules and Regulations.

The employees engaged by the bidder will be in the employment of the Bidder only and will not be treated as employees of the Karnataka Engineering Research Station .

The Bidder will be responsible for payment of Minimum Wages as per latest G.O and other service benefits under the various Labour Laws applicable to its personnel posted.

If and when minimum wage rates, revised by statutory authorities, the same will be adopted.

The bidder shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka minimum wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages etc., and provide the necessary proof of its compliance every month together with his bill.

Any violation of Contractual obligations by the Agency shall attract penalization.

The bidder is required to pay the EPF, ESI as per the percentage fixed from time to time by the concerned departments.

The payment will be made after the EPF, ESI contribution paid by the bidder to the concerned departments subjected to availability of funds.

Mode of payment would be paid on availability of fund. Payments to the BIDDER will be through online only.

Work done certificate for supplying of manpower and also details of on-going manpower tenders should be submitted duly signed by the Executive Engineer or above. Submission of eligibility details are as per standard tender document.

In case of lowest bidder is fails to produce the original documents for entering into an agreement or the original documents submitted does not match with uploaded documents or found false, then his bid is treated as non-responsive bid as per clause-26(4) of KTPP rules barred from participation in any of the tenders.

If any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.

The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without giving any reasons.

Conditional/incomplete tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Corrigendum/addendum will be published in the e-procurement website only for all modifications or corrections if any. The intended bidders must track the KPP Portal for tender related details.

The tender processing charges paid by the bidders are not refundable even if the tenders are cancelled .

Typographical errors if any will not be the ground for any claims by the Contractor.

The GST will be levied as per the prevailing Tax structure. The amount put to tender is exclusive of GST.

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPP Portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches.

All the necessary documents required for qualification should be duly signed, scanned and uploaded in the KPP Portal.

Other conditions are as per bid document and as published in KPP Portal.

Work done certificate - The bidder shall compulsorily furnish documents pertaining to experience in supplying man power to major Undertakings/ Boards, Public Sector Companies or Government Departments of value not less than (50 % of the amount put to tender) i.e. not less than Rs.4.54 Lakhs in any one financial year during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. i.e Lab Assistants (03No) & Watchmen (02 Nos). The certificates should be obtained from the competent authority that is not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officer.
