To bid, provide OEM authorization or reseller certification, comply with OEM/AD/STOCKIST COC, declare GST in ATC, submit lead time in ATC, and ensure compliance with the published technical specification. The option clause allows ±25% quantity variation, and inspection may occur at BEL Bengaluru.

Submit GST registration, PAN, experience certificates for similar supply, financial statements, EMD documents, technical bid showing spec compliance, OEM authorization or reseller certificate, and manufacturing authorization if applicable, plus COC and GST details in ATC.

Delivery starts from the last date of the original delivery order. If quantity increases within 25%, the extended period is calculated by (additional/original) × original delivery period, with a minimum extension of 30 days. Lead time must be stated in ATC.

Bidders must provide OEM authorization letter or reseller/distributor certificate for the proposed accelerometer model, plus a COc and compliance against each published technical specification, signed on company letterhead or seal.

BEL Bengaluru may require inspection; the vendor must attend the inspection at BEL Bengaluru at the earliest, with inspection remarks potentially impacting acceptance and payment.

Bidders must specify the applicable GST percentage in ATC and ensure tax compliance documentation accompanies the bid to satisfy statutory requirements.
