Qualification requirements : To qualify for consideration of award of the contract, each bidder should furnish on line the following documents / certificates i) Copy of EMD for Rs.13223/- issued by any Nationalized or scheduled commercial bank valid for 6 months from the date of publication of Notice inviting tenders (NIT) ii) The bidder shall mandatorily pay transaction fee through the electronic payment gateway iii)Copy of contractor valid registration under appropriate class with Government of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana .Upload attested copies of documents relating to the Registration of the firm, Registration as Civil Contractor, Partnership deed ( in case of partnership firms),Articles of Association ( in case of private limited companies) iv) Copy of PAN Card v) Copy of the latest Income tax returns for the Assessment year 2025-26 ( Financial year 2024-25) submitted along with proof of receipt ( LATEST SARAL FORM ) vi) Copy of Registration under GST vii) Availability of following key technical persons with adequate experience i) One Graduate Engineer or two diploma holders for works costing Rs.15.00 lakhs and below and ii) One graduate Engineer and one diploma holder for works costing Rs.15.00 lakhs and above viii) The bidder is subjected to be black listed and his EMD is to be forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/Statements/Certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirement or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts , inordinate delays in completion of works, litigation history and or financial failures and or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and had quoted unreasonable high bid prices Even while execution of work, if it is found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated and the work will be taken over invoking cause 60 ( a) of PS to APSS. I THERMOPLASTIC ROAD MARKING PAINT 1 The tenderer must be an authorized applicator of BERGER Company/ BERGER Equivalent/Equivalent brand well reputed manufacturer of road marking materials. He must upload such authorization for each tender on the name of the work from the Manufacturer. 2 The tenderer/shall upload pre-warranty certificate from the manufacturing company and copy of latest ISO certification awarded to the manufacturer for their road marking products. The agency shall submit test certificates as per MORTH

803.4.2 and performance guarantee certificate as per clause

104.F of bid document 3 The agency shall possess all equipments necessary for laying of road markings with thermoplastic material. Machinery own certificate shall be uploaded. II RETRO REFLECTIVE ROAD SIGNS The tenderer should 1 Be an authorized converter /Applicator of the Retro Reflective sheeting manufacturer & Should upload the Authorization certificate during the bid submission for each tender on the name of the work obtained from the manufacturer. The contractor shall submit all the related Technical details including specifications given in this tender in the Bid Document.

2. Upload a Pre qualification warranty certificate in original for ten years satisfactory field performance obtained from the sheeting manufacturer of Retro Reflective sheeting. 3 Upload Product conformance Certificate in original from the manufacturer of retro reflective sheeting, Test certificates as per clause 104 A.3 of bid document. 4 The agency should possess equipments like HSRA, Plotter Cutter, Screen Printing Facilities and etc. should upload documents in support of possessing equipment. III. RAISED PAVEMENT MARKER The tenderer should 1 Be an Authorized Converter/Applicator of RPM or Road Studs manufacturer & shall upload the Authorization certificate dueing the bid submission. The Tenderer must upload such authorization for each tender on the name of the work from the Manufacturer.

2. Upload an independent test laboratory certificate of having tested the raised pavement marker lens, A third party test report (not less than 3 months old) conforming that the product passes tests of compressive strength, Flexural strength, Lens Impact strength as per clause

15.00 lakhs and below and ii) One graduate Engineer and one diploma holder for works costing Rs.15.00 lakhs and above h)The Tenderer, at the Tenderers own responsibility and risk is advised to visit and examine the Site of Work and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender for entering into a contract, for construction of the work. The costs of visiting the site shall be at the Tenderers own expense.
