Ms. No. i) 130, Irrigation & CAD (PW: Reforms) Department Dt:22.05.2007 Class-V Civil & higher ii) 94, I & CAD (PW-COD) Dept., Dt: 01-07-2003: Class-V & higher iii) 14,(I&CAD)Dept, dt:31.01.2015 and amendment G.O.Ms.No. 66, I & CAD Department Dt: 20.04.2015.. Class-V & higher 2. Contractors would be required to register on the e-Procurement Market place at the e market place www.eprocurement.gov.in in addition to their respective registration and submit their bids online. The procedure for registration of contractors is explained in the tender schedule. 3. Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN Card) and Latest I.T Returns , in case of societies should submit the latest audit report. 3 One diploma holder for works costing between Rs.1.00 Lakh to Rs.5.00 Lakhs b)One Graduate Engineer or Two Diploma Holders for works costing between Rs.5.00 Lakhs to Rs.10.00 Lakhs c) if the contractor is having Graduation inn Engineering /diploma no technical person is required. 4 Copy of GST Registration certificate(Mandatory). 5. Tenders with an excess of above 5 % of the estimated contract value shall Summarily be rejected. 6. Cost of Tender schedule is dispensed. The tenderers can view / download the tender schedules from the e market place www.tender.telangana.gov.in at free of cost. 7. Class of Registration Certificate has to be enclosed. 8. EMD should be remitted on or after the date of publish e procurement plat form. 9. Concession will be allowed to the Labour contract Societies and individuals belonging to SC/ST/Wadderas strictly in accordance with GO Ms. No. 52 T (R&B) (BI-I) Department, dt: 18-03-00. Therefore, the following particulars shall be furnished while submitting their tenders through e-procurement platform. MANDATORY a)List of works for which the society has executed in all departments during two years along with their value and result of work execution with counter signature of concerned department. b)Details of works on ground indicating the date of allotment/agreement progress as per agreement, actual progress etc., from the concern department. c) Society Audit certificate to the Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies Nizamabad. d) No. of members of society with proof 10) All participate bidder shall pay 0.03 % of Estimate Contract Value + 12.36% of service tax towards transaction fee at the time of bid submission in online to M/s TSTS, and the successful bidder shall pay 0.04% of ECV towards corpus fund in the form of DD payable to the Managing Director, T.S.T.S., Hyderabad at the time of concluding agreement and hand over same to the Executive Engineer(R&B) Division, Nizamabad. 11) The applicant should furnish the following documents along with bids: 12) Copy of Contractors valid Registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana. 13) In case of proprietary partnership firm it is necessary to furnish the certificate mentioned above for the proprietor and for each of the partners as the case may be. 14) Submission of Bids: The bidders who desires to participate in ?e? procurement shall submit their technical bids, price bids etc., through online in the standard formats prescribed in the tender documents, displayed at e market place. The procedure for submission of bid is explained in the tender document. 15)The bidder shall authenticate the bid with his digital certificate for submitting the Bid electronically on e-procurement platform and the bids not authenticated by the digital certificate of the bidder will not be accepted on the e-procurement platform. 16) The tenderer is subjected to be black listed and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms / statements / certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and / or financial failures and / or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and had quoted unreasonable high bid prices. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 17) EMD cost of tender schedules D.Ds dates after publication of tender notice will be considered 18)The labour Contract Co-operative Societies and individuals belongs to SC/ST/Waddera are EMD should be submit for other than reserved works. 19) Any further information can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (R&B) Division, Nizamabad.Office of the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) State roads & CRN ,Telangana state,Hyderabad Circular Memo No./RSI/DCE(R)/EE(R)/DEE1/AEE4/2015-16 Dt:17.02.2016 road safety conditions are mandatory.

All disputes or difference arising or relating to the contract shall be referred to the adjudication as follows: Claims upto a value of Rupees 10,000/- Superintending Engineer(R&B) Circle, Nizamabad a) claims above value of rupees 10,000/- and upto Rs50,000/-: E-In-C(R&B),Admn,Hyderabad .The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of indian Arbitrtaion and Concilation Act 1996 or any statutory modification thereof.
