Bidders must submit PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate, and End User Certificate in the buyer format. Demonstrate 3+ years of govt/PSU supply of similar gensets with contract copies; provide EMD ₹33,000 and ensure invoice is raised in consignee name with GSTIN. Training and delivery must meet site requirements.

Provide the End User Certificate in the buyer’s standard format. This certifies the consignee's acceptance of supply terms, installation, and training obligations. Attach with bid along with PAN, GSTIN, and EFT mandate; ensure consistency with consignee GSTIN on invoice.

Eligibility requires a minimum of 3 years of regular govt/PSU supply of similar 30 KVA gensets; submit contract copies showing yearly quantities; bidder or OEM through resellers may qualify if primary product meets criteria; no liquidation or bankruptcy status.

Delivery includes installation and commissioning at ENGR RECEPTION CELL, 370 FIELD COMPANY, C/o 101 ENGINEER REGIMENT, THALELA, JAMMU & KASHMIR. Training for 5 personnel over 7 days is included; option to extend delivery by up to 50% quantity with a proportional time adjustment.

GST will be reimbursed as actuals or at the quoted rate, whichever is lower. Invoices must be raised in the consignee’s name with the consignee GSTIN. End User Certificate follows the buyer’s format; payment terms align with delivery/acceptance milestones.

The EMD is ₹33,000. Submit via online payment or as prescribed by the tender, with acknowledgment proof attached to the bid. Ensure the EMD is valid through the bid opening date and aligns with other bidder eligibility documents.

Training covers 5 employees for 7 days at the delivery site. Training scope includes operational use, basic maintenance, and safety practices. Ensure training schedule is aligned with site access and includes hands-on commissioning under supervision.

The purchaser may increase/decrease quantity up to 50% of bid quantity at contract placement. Extended delivery time follows a formula: (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, minimum 30 days; original delivery period remains baseline.
