Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

B-Register Extract (Rule 48 of KMV 1990) registered in transport Dept of Govt of Karnataka.

Certificate of fitness with due validity issued from transport Dept, GOK.

Valid Insurance Coverage Certificate.

Permit from State Transport Authority to run the vehicle as a contract carriage

Certificate / receipt for paying the road tax (with validity)

Driving license of the vehicle driver (with due validity)

Emission test certificate with validity.

GST Registration Certificate.

Each of the documents uploaded to the e portal should be self- attested by the contractor or an authorized representative in case of firm /company.

Should have permanent office in Karnataka.

The filled in proposals along with supporting documents specified in clause 2.4 shall be submitted at e-portal https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in before the due date specified in Clause-1.3.

Should have at least one car of Model 2018 and above registered in its name or in the name of its proprietor (copies of the RC Books should be produced to satisfy this condition)

Evaluation of proposal received evaluated as per clause 2.7.2

A Letter of Intent will be issued by EXECUTIVE ENGINEER KNNL, MRBCC, DIVISION NO-04 NAVALGUND to the selected bidder. The selected bidder shall acknowledge the acceptance of the Letter of Intent, within three days from the date of issue. Subsequently, the selected bidder need to enter into a contract with EXECUTIVE ENGINEER KNNL, MRBCC, DIVISION NO-04 NAVALGUND, incorporating all the terms and conditions of the tender. In case of failure to accept the Letter of Intent or execution of contract by the L1 bidder, EXECUTIVE ENGINEER KNNL, MRBCC, DIVISION NO-04 NAVALGUND reserves the right to invite L2 bidder for negotiation and selection. Withdrawal from the Tender during the period of validity or once it is accepted by EXECUTIVE ENGINEER KNNL, MRBCC, DIVISION NO-04 NAVALGUND entails forfeiture of EMD.

The successful bidder shall produce a Security deposit of 5% of the amount put to tender for each work in the form of fixed deposit pledged in the name of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER KNNL, MRBCC, DIVISION NO-04 NAVALGUND

EXECUTIVE ENGINEER KNNL, MRBCC, DIVISION NO-04 NAVALGUND shall levy appropriate penalty for any deficiency in the service of selected bidder including forfeiture of performance security, as detailed in terms and conditions
