Open Tender for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1. The Bidder must possess Qualified IBR welders with validate IBR certificates with Telangana Endorsement 6Nos, technically qualified fitters 4Nos , Gas cutters 3Nos , Grinder men 6Nos, rigger gang (2 gangs), Electricians 3Nos and other works connected sufficient man power. IBR Welders list with validate IBR certificates with Telangana Endorsement 6Nos should be submitted.The Bidder should submit the T&P list and also Man power list for the subject work should be submitted. 2. All the T&P required for the above work (All the Welding machines, grinding machines, metal cutting accessories, Pipe Bending Machine, Chain pulley blocks, slings and if any extra T&P required) shall be arranged by the contractor at free of cost to execute the work. The T&P shall be fit for job, if any damage of the T&P is at firm’s risk and TGGENCO is not responsible. The Bidder should submit the T&P list and also Man power list in a tender schedule for qualifying 3. GUARANTEE PERIOD: a. PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE 10% of the Work order amount will be deducted from the bill towards Performance bank guarantee and the same will be refunded on application after satisfactory completion of the twelve months guarantee period. b. 12-month guarantee against any defective workmanship will be provided for the completed job. The PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE will not be refunded if any tube leak/ tube joint failure occurs within the overhauled/repaired coils or bunches within the guarantee period. In order to maintain the plant availability, the contractor has to quickly arrange for the rectification of defective works at no cost during the guarantee period.(undertaking) 4. During the welding job, welder must ensure the root welding without porosity, after root welding Arc welding is to be done and prepare coil for radiography/PAUT test, for any defective workmanship the firm shall rectify at free of cost. 5. The Bidder shall submit Audited Financial Statements, for the last (03) three years. 6. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a Later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED. 7. The bidder should possess PAN card, EPF Account Number, ESI Registration Number and GST Registration Number.) The contractor should be registered under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and possess a valid labour license from the Labour Department for deploying the workers on the work. 8. The work should be completed within the overhaul period of unit-X as per the instructions of Engineer in charge. 9. TGGENCO reserves the rights to reject, if the Bidder who has previously worked in TGGENCO/APGENCO or any other thermal power stations in India and their performance is found to be not satisfactory. 10. The bidder must be capable to complete the Overhaul works before the scheduled period from the date of commencement of the overhaul. 11. The tenderers shall furnish documentary evidence in support of the qualifying requirement stipulated above, failing which, their offer shall not be considered. Notwithstanding anything stated above, the TGGENCO reserves the rights to assess the bidder’s capability to perform the contract, when the circumstance warrants such assessment in the overall interest of the TSGENCO. In respect of qualification of bidders, the decision of TGGENCO is final. 12. The Consumables like Oxygen gas, DA gas and LP gas for the work will be supplied by the TGGENCO/KTPS-V Stage. 13. Spares boiler tubes/bends & other consumables such as welding electrodes, TIG filler wire for root welding etc., will be issued by TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage. 14. Economizer bunch (Bunch consists of two coils) and the rate adopted for one bunch only. 15. The work shall be carried out as per IBR norms. Welding works carried out by valid IBR welder with Erection Experience and the test is conducted before commencement of the work, the welder must be qualified otherwise welder will be rejected and same is to be report to the higher authority. 16. The tube weld joints should be performed all at once without any weld joint repairs; if any defects are found, the joint rate or price will not be paid and also the defected weld joint is to be repaired at free of cost because the materials, consumables and time were wasted on your poor workmanship. 17. The contractor should, obtain the work schedule from the field Engineer and accordingly submit the daily work plan schedule to the site engineer before commencement. 18. The work should be completed within prescribed time during the overhaul period of 2026-27. The contractor has to update the daily work progress and the job must be finished within the time schedule provided by the field engineer. 19. The contractor might be penalized 10% of work value over any delays or deviations in the work's progress. The delay in the work progress leads to loss of generation or plant availability; hence, to avoid such penalties, it is crucial for the contractor to communicate any potential issues promptly. Staying proactive and maintaining a transparent line of communication with the field engineer can help mitigate risks and ensure the project stays on track. 20. The contractor shall arrange EPF 13% & GIS @ 3.25% to the workers engaged for the work. 21. The work shall be carried out strictly as per the requirement & instructions of the TGGENCO/KTPS-V field Engineers and their entire satisfaction. 22. The contractor must take safety precautions and arrange safety appliances to workers, if any fatal accident occurs during the work at site TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the firm may take care of it 23. The contractor has to provide safety shoes, Helmets etc., to the labor engaged to do the work. 24. M/s. TGGENCO is not responsible to the accidents if any to the labor engaged to this work. 25. If any fatal accident occurs to the workers during the execution of the work at site, TSGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the any kind of risk is the firm’s responsibility and the firm may take care of it. 26. The contractor has to follow all the labor laws and rules in force. 27. Any loss or damage to M/s. TGGENCO properties due to negligence of contractor should be borne by the contractor. 28. The firm/contractor representative should be easily available to concerned officers through phone & mail. There should be no delays in communicating with concerned officers. 29. If there is any loss to the GENCO property due to the negligence of the contractors employed by the contractor, the contractor has to make good the losses assessed by D.E/BM /KTPS-V Stage. 30. The work shall be carried out strictly as per the specification and instructions of the TGGENCO Engineers and their entire satisfaction. 31. 0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards TELANGANA Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025. 32. TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour/Service person while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted. 33. All safety precautions are to be taken by the contractor for the safety of the personnel involved in the work 34. The contractor must take 100 % safety precautions to those who are working at site. If any fatal accident occurs to the workers during the execution of the work at site, TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the any kind of risk is the firm’s responsibility and the firm may take care of it 35. WELFARE & SAFETY: a) The contractor has to observe all the safety measures for the workers engaged and necessary precautionary measures must be taken, in order to avoid accidents, while carrying out the work entrusted, duly insisting the workers to use safety appliances. b). Contractor is responsible for all the accidents and the consequences due to any accidents that take place inside or outside the premises to their workers. The TGGENCO Ltd., will pay no compensation if any, accidents occur to his workers while carrying out the work. Insurance against all types of risk for the contractors workers during the period of execution of the work will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost before commencement of work. 37. The firm is solely responsible for any accidents, damages to equipment, or untoward incidents during the work. TGGENCO will not be liable for personnel safety, material loss, or tools/ equipment (T&P) during execution. During execution of the work, if any life risk (or) fatal accidents occurs, TGGENCO will not be responsible any kind of accidents for your labour supplied and it is purely the contractor's responsibility
