TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1 The contractor shall provide valid labour license, EPF & ESI registrations for their labour and has to enclose a copy of labour license, EPF & ESI account details. 2 The quotation must be exclusive of Provisions (EPF, ESI ,GST). 3 The contractor must deploy suitable sufficient man power including IBR certified welders , trained operators for SKYCLIMBER Erection and OPERATION whenever required as per requirement to complete of work in time as specified by the department. 4 The contractor has to engage qualified supervisor as provision is made in the estimate, other wise supervision charges will be deducted from his bills. 5 The contractor has to provide all safety amenities to their man power before commencing the work. Also, the contractor must take safety precautions, if any fatal accident occurs during the work at site TGGENCO/ KTPP/stage-I is not responsible and the firm may take care of it. 6 The contractor has to transport the T & P, platform materials, all consumables to the location even when boiler lift is not working by making his own arrangement at free of cost. 7 In Addition to the T&P issued by TGGENCO, the contractor requested to bring their own(single phase welding machines with TIG set-02 Nos, Supply extension boards-04 Nos, Chop saw machine-01No,load tested chain pulley blocks 5T-3Nos,3T-3Nos with suitable slings,AG4 grinding machine-2Nos,C clamps-10Nos)and remaining necessary T&P if any shall be arranged by the contractor at free of cost for smooth execution of work. 8 The damages occuered to the T & P like Cutting machines while attending the job, is to rectified by the contractor at free of cost other wise repair charges will be deducted from his bill. 9 The site must be air cleaned before and after completion of work, scrap must be transported to the department stores as per the instructions of field Engineer. 10 The work shall be carried out strictly as per the requirement & instructions of the TGGENCO/KTPP-I field Engineers and their entire satisfaction and shall be completed within prescribed time during the overhaul period of 2026-27. 11 The work manship should be guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of completion of the work. 12 No idle charges applicable due to non-availability of skyclimber or any unforeseen situation. 13 If required the contractor should arrange Jet pump with hoses with all accessories for jet cleaning 14 The contractor should engage a minimum of 03-04 independent gangs to complete the D-metering work within minimum possible time as per the directions of EIC. 15 D-metering readings must be reproducible. TGGENCO EIC may counter check the readings on random basis and if not satisfied with the accuracy of readings, the contractor has to repeat the work in that particular area at free of cost. 16 The firm shall have 3 years or above previous experience in the similar nature of work for 500MW Boiler or above for Govt/PSU Units and also shall produce Satisfactory Certificate for the similar nature of the works. 17 Fin welding should be carried out by IBR certified welder only. 18 The firm shall have "SPECIAL CLASS" Boiler certificate from Director of Boilers and a copy of certificate must be enclosed.
