The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of the contract value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Execution/Maintenance of 11 kV/33 kV line Work of amount not less than Rs. 32.50 Lakhs. 50percent of amount put to tender with GST during last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 ie 2021-22 to 2025-26. The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer

The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in at least two financial years in all civil construction works of not less than the amount Rs. 65.00 Lakhs usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract

The intending bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of critical items of work usually 80percent of the peak annual rate of construction i.e. Quantity put to tender x 80 percent in anyone financial year, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2025-26

The tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value

The intending bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount of Rs. 19.50 Lakhs credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirements. Usually, the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period should be in the prescribed format
