Delivery must be on-site at 507 Army Base Workshop, Kankinara. Installation and commissioning must be performed by OEM-certified personnel or OEM-authorized resellers; ensure installation aligns with warranty terms and provide proof of OEM certification with bid.

If defect rectification exceeds 3 days, a penalty of 0.5% of the unit price is charged per week of delay, with a cumulative cap of 10% of the total contract value; penalties may be recovered from the PBG or via other remedies.

The purchaser may adjust quantity by up to 25% of bid quantity at contract placement and again during the contract currency; additional time is calculated by the given formula, with a minimum extension of 30 days.

Bidders must determine GST; reimbursement will be at actuals or applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum quoted GST percentage; ensure GST compliance in bid submission.

Only OEM or OEM-certified personnel, or OEM-authorized resellers, are eligible to perform installation, testing, and commissioning to meet warranty and performance obligations.
