1.7.2003 b) . In addition to above, The Contractor or his identified Sub contractor (consent letter) should possess required valid registration certificate(class III PH) for executing Water supply & Sanitary Engineering Works (c)(i) EMD in the shape of single Demand Draft issued by any Nationalised Bank/Scheduled Commercial bank in favour of PAO (Works & Projects), Hyderabad to be valid for 6 months from the date of NIT along with bid (ii)Additional security deposit in the form of D.D, if any and shall comply with the condition-C (d)Transaction fee as applicable i.e.,

12.36% service tax) in favour of M/s C1 India Pvt.. Ltd. through payment gateway of ICICI Bank, HDFC bank and UTI bank for providing online payment service through e-procurement. The payment of transaction fee by the participating Bidders through the electronic payment Gateway to the service provider is made mandatory as per GO Ms No 13 information technology & communication department, e-procurement dated 05-07-2006 & GO Ms No 11 IT & C department dated 5-5-2007. (e) Copy of PAN card (f) Copy of latest income tax returns 2016-17 (Saral). (g)The bidder should upload the copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration issued by the commercial tax department (h) The bidder should upload copy of valid VAT clearance certificate (In Case of works having ECV above Rs.5.00Lakhs). (i)Information regarding any litigation, with Government during the last five years, in which the Tenderer is involved in (Statement - VII) (k)The tenderers shall be required to upload a declaration in online stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. Any incorrectness / deviations noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from canceling the work duly forfeiting the EMD, Criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business. (l) The tenders will be opened online by the Executive Engineer(R&B), central Buildings Division Hyderabad or his nominee at his office in the presence of tenderers / or their authorized representatives, on the date mentioned above. The price-bids of such tenderers, who are determined to have complied with the above eligibility criteria, will only be opened. (m) For LS tenders, if there is only single bidder, excess tender percentage will not be accepted.

In addition to above, the bidder should upload valid self class-III Ph registration certificate or from his identified Sub contractor class-III Ph registration certificate along with consent letter required for executing works under “Turnkey System” c) To pay EMD in the shape of single Demand Draft only for Rs 34519/- issued by any Nationalised Bank/Scheduled Commercial bank in favour of PAO (Works & Projects), Hyderabad to be valid for 6 months from the date of NIT along with bid and the balance EMD @

2.5% of T C V/E C V whichever is higher minus EMD furnished with tender) at the time of concluding the agreement by the successful Tenderer. The tenderer shall invariably furnish original DD towards EMD to the tender inviting authority before opening the Technical bids either personally or through courier or by post and the receipt of the same within the stipulated time shall be the responsibility of the bidder. Department will not take any responsibility for any delay or non receipt. d) Additional security deposit in the form of D.D, if any. e) The participating bidders shall electronically pay the transaction fee of Rs.1222-00 (i.e.,

The suspension of tenderer shall be automatically enforced by the e-procurement system. g) To furnish copy of PAN card and copy of latest income tax returns submitted along with proof of receipt. h) The bidder should produce the copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration with commercial tax department. i) The bidder should upload copy of valid VAT clearance certificate (In Case of works having ECV above Rs.5.00Lakhs). j) Information regarding any litigation, with Government during the last five years, in which the Tenderer is involved in (Statement - VII) k) The tenderers shall be required to furnish a declaration in online stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine.
