Invitation to Bid - Operation & Maintanance of Micro Irrigation system for 9900Ha command Area Comes under Shiggaon Lift Irrigation System includes intake canal,Jackwell/pumphouse,M. S Raising Main pipeline, Delivery Chambers,110/6.6 Kv Substation,and Micropipeline with HDPE/ PVC pipe line network, Discharge control valve, Air valve, Panel cum Store rooms, 119 Nos Sumps , 110/33 kV (1No) and 33/11 kV (2 Nos) Electrical substations, electrical distribution network,Diversion weir,Gates and DG Rooms for Fourth Year. in KARNATAKA

The intending bidder/tieup partner should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least one similar work of Operation and Maintenance of Sprinkler/Drip/Canal Irrigation system consisting of not less than 4950 Ha and costing not less than Rs.165.16 Lakhs during the last five years.

A copy of the valid Registered under KPWD Class-I or Super Grade Electrical contractors License issued by the Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Karnataka.

The contractor has to upload scanned copy of the EM/D paid through e-tender portal.

Latest copy of the income tax returns with PAN card.

Copy of the Employees provident fund registration certificate

Copy of the Valid ESI registration certificate

Copy of the valid GST registration certificate

Scanned signature of the bidder / authorised representative in case of a firm or company, to be attached while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of authorised representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded & the original should be produced at the time of opening of tender.

The intending bidder/tie-up partner should have annual turnover from all classes of civil engineering works should be twice the annual payments Rs.660.62 Lakhs in any of the two financial years during the last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26.

The bidder/tieup partner should have satisfactorily completed O & M of head works with the following minimum quantities for any one year during the last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26.a.Minimum 3 Nos of Vertical Turbine pumps with rating not less than 1500 HP.b.Minimum 33 KV or above substations along with at least 5 MVA or more capacity transformers with allied equipments. c.The bidder should maintained at least for a length of 9.50 km or more of raising main/distribution pipe line.

The bidder/tie-up partner should have and deploy the minimum following key personnel/manpower for the smooth operation and maintenance of head work and sprinkler Irrigation system along with other related activities during watering and non watering period. The bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished as mentioned in the tender notification/bid document

Liquid asset and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 100.81 Lakhs credit lines /letters of credits/certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The intending bidder/Tie-up partner should upload necessary documents issued by the nationalized banks as per prescribed format

Bid Capacity -Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will calculated as under- Assessed available tender capacity- AxNx1.5 - B

The joint venture shall have been formed prior to the bidding. The JV agreement should be made on Rs.500/- stamp paper in the prescribed format. The lead partner shall purchase the blank bid document after forming the Joint Venture.

The lead partner of JV shall be duly authorized with a legal binding power of attorney to apply for tender forms, to sign the tender, to make further correspondences and deal with KNNL on behalf of JV.

Any one of the JV individuals/firms will not enter into JV agreement with other individuals/firms.

Once JV agreement is concluded , any one of the JV individual/firms will not submit the bid as individual.

In case of JV all the partners are jointly and severely responsible for successful performance of the contract.

In case of Joint Venture, the eligibility criteria will be considered on the basis of combined resources. The individual firms, agencies, and joint ventures who meet the eligibility requirements are here referred to as Bidder / Firm/ Company /Joint Venture.

The lead partner should have at least 51percent partnership.

The individual bidders of joint venture should be Class I Contractor registerd in Karnataka PWD or Super Grade Electrical contractors License issued by the Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Karnataka separately. A copy of valid Iregistration certificate of individual bidders of joint venture should be uploaded.
