The Prime Bidder should be a Consultancy Agency, Integration Company, Contracting Company with minimum 05 Years operational experience in Cold Storage Projects from the date of Establishment of the company.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 171.00 Lakhs

The Prime Bidder /Joint Venture Companies should be a Manufacturer of PIR panels, Double Deep Modular Racking System and Pre-Engineered Building for Cold Room. Should submit a proof of Factory License or should obtain an Authorisation Certificate from the Manufacturer for bidding.

The PIR Sandwich Panels should be of Double Tongue Groove with minimum Depth of 12 - 15 mm and width should not be less than 1100mm in all areas. The Prime Bidder /Joint Venture Companies should submit sufficient technical documentation proof.

The Copper Tubing system used for Refrigeration system of Flower Chilling Rooms should be of Crimping type joints only, no Brazed or welded joints will be accepted - sufficient technical document proof with manufacturer details and specification should be part of technical bid. The Prime Bidder/ Joint Venture Companies should provide a proof of Work orders duly certified by client with contact number and details for minimum 2 Work orders during the previous 5 years.

The Cooling System for Staging Area and Flower Chilling rooms should be Multi Compressor / Tandem Pack - Rack / Unit with Variable Frequency Drive system only should be considered, the Bidder should provide a proof of Work orders duly certified by client with contact number and details for minimum 2 Work orders during the previous 5 years. The Cooling System Evaporators for Staging Area and Flower Chilling rooms should be Variable Frequency Driven Motors only, the Bidder should provide a proof of work orders duly certified by client with contact number and details for minimum 2 work orders during the previous 5 years.
