Pipes must have ABS class approval, withstand Test Pressure 15000 PSI and Working Pressure 10000 PSI, be of sizes 3" SMLS XXS 4130, 2" NB XXS 4130, 80NB XXS 8620, 50NB XXS 8620, with lengths in multiples of 6 m and minimum 5.5 m length.

Delivery must occur within 5 weeks from the GeM contract date; if an option clause is exercised for quantity increase, additional time is calculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, minimum 30 days.

Preferred Indigenous brands are ISMT(KIFL), JINDAL, or MSL with IBR compliance; suppliers must provide corresponding OEM certificates and ensure ABS/IS algorithms meet specified standards for acceptance.

Submit Material Test Certificates (MTC), ABS class approval certificate, and Manufacturer’s original Test Certificates; ensure all documents correspond to the exact pipe sizes and grades specified in the tender.

Delivery terms assign unloading to CSL; transportation, insurance, loading, and sundry charges are borne by the supplier; delivery location is Cochin Shipyard Ship Repair Unit, Perumanoor, Kerala.
