To bid, preparers must ensure IPv6 readiness, upload Data Sheets, obtain OEM authorization, and provide PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, and EFT Mandate. Include Malicious Code Certificate and End User Certificate formats if requested, and arrange installation by OEM-certified personnel.

Required documents include PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate, Data Sheet of offered products, OEM authorization, and End User Certificate where applicable. Ensure data sheets match technical parameters to avoid rejection during bid evaluation.

Tenders require IPv6 readiness from day one, hardware/software compatibility with IPv6, and security certifications. Data sheets must reflect network protocols, throughput, and compatibility with existing infrastructure; ensure no embedded malicious code per Malicious Code Certificate.

End User Certificate should be provided in the buyer’s standard format when requested. It confirms end-user status and permissible use of IT equipment, ensuring compliance with defense procurement requirements and export controls.

Any mismatch between data sheets and offered parameters can lead to bid rejection. Ensure the Data Sheet precisely reflects product specifications, warranty terms, and performance metrics before submission.

Installation, commissioning, testing, and training must be conducted by OEM-certified personnel or OEM-authorized resellers, ensuring proper configuration and handover to Navy IT staff upon project completion.

GST applicability will follow actual rates or quoted percentages, whichever is lower. Detailed payment terms will be disclosed in the bid document; bidders should monitor notifications for final terms and milestone-based payments.

OEM authorization confirms manufacturer-backed eligibility and support. It is required where applicable and must be accompanied by valid authorization letters and corresponding service/support commitments from the OEM.
