Tender Notice for Requirements for CRM and AR grade chemicals for water quality testing during the 2026-27FY at the Dharwad district level RWS laboratory and the Kalghatgi taluk level laboratory in Dharwad District. in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The CRMs are to be TRACEABLE TO NIST (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OFSTANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY) DURING THE DELIVERY TO THE PURCHASER.

THE PURITY OF ALL THE CHEMICALS SUPPLIED SHALL BE WITHIN THERANGE OF 99-100%

THE PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE AS PER THE AVAILABILITY OF THE FUNDS SUBJECT TO THE FURTHER ORDERS OF HIGHER OFFICIALS/AUTHORITIES

Chemicals should be supplied with technical data and Certificate of Analysis.

The bidder should quote the price including transportation charges and Include GST charges.

Date of Manufacturing of Chemicals/consumables shall be of latest manufacturing, should not be more than 2 months.

THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE CHEMICALS SHALL BE AT LEAST OF Three (03)YEARS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE PURCHASER.

THE TENDERER MUST HAVE SUPPLIED SIMILAR TO THE TYPE SPECIFIED INTHE SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS UP TO AT LEAST 50% OF THE TENDERAMOUNT (I.E Rs347929.50) IN LAST 5 YEARS. (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) THE CRM & AR GRADE CRM OFFERED FOR SUPPLY SHALL BE OF LATEST MANUFACTURING, AND SHOULDNOT BE MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THESAME ISSUED BY THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY THEBIDDER.

FOR INTERPRETATIONS OF CLAUSES, CONDITIONS, SPELLING MISTAKES, ETC.,DECISION OF EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, RDW&S, Dharwad IS FINAL.

The participating firms should ensure that the chemicals are of Genuine, good quality and in good condition, if at any stage it is found that the item supplied is of sub- standard quality/inferior quality will be rejected forth with.

The supply of chemicals has to be made within the 15 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order otherwise the supply order will be cancelled.

CRMs (Certified reference materials) should be of ISO 17034 Certified with certificate of analysis.
