Delivery period begins from the last date of the original delivery order; option clause allows ±25% quantity change with extended time calculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, minimum 30 days.

Bidders must provide a minimum of 2 years warranty; in case of premature failure, the vendor must replace the affected cover at no extra charge and ensure continued protection for the fleet.
