1.Accomodation & local conveyance will be provided by TGGENCO as per eligiblity and availability

2.Service Engineer deputed Should bring all the T&P required for carrying out the Dynamic Balancing

3.GST will be paid extra as per the rules in vogue

4. The firm having experience in the subject work are only considered. Necessary documents proof should be submitted during the tendering process.

5. The man power engages should be covered unser Employee Compensatory Insurance.

1. GST will be paid on production of proof limited to the provision made in the estimate

2. The Contractor has to pay minimum wages to his labour without linking to the payment due from M/S TGGENCO.

3. Contractor/firm should quote item wise rates excluding the GST

4. Tenders up to 25% less than the estimate will be accepted, but for tenders which are less by more than 25% of the estimate, a bank guarantee or demand draft for 5% of the estimate value will be collected as Additional security deposit.

5. The work should be carried out as and when required in spells/at a time during this financial year as per the instructions of the section officer.
