Periodical Maintenance and Operation of Electrical and Mechanical installations involving operation, repairs and maintenance, attending to complaints/faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents etc. under this contract on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions by providing/engaging following minimum number of man power i/c reliever. (a) Highly Skilled (Sr. Supervisor) - 1 Nos. (b) Highly Skilled (Supervisor) - 1 Nos. (b) Skilled Data Entry Operator - 1 Nos. (c) Skilled Technician - 14 Nos. i/c Relievers (d) Unskilled Helper - 14 Nos. i/c Relievers Total Minimum Manpower i/c reliever- 31 Nos. Note- Relievers shall do duty of Electrician//Helper as per site requirement.

Servicing of L&T Make, Model u-Power Omega Air circuit breaker 630/800 A through L&T service Engineer / L&T authorized service Engineer including carrying out of following works- racking out & removal of ACB from electrical panel, cleaning all parts for dust deposits foreign particles etc , degreasing the various parts of ACB. Cleaning all parts with cleaning agents such as CRC 2-26 checking the various relay/Protection settings and other setting of ACB contacts, releases etc, checking the hardware for wear & tear, checking of termination & tightness, checking for all hardwares for its presence, replacement of spares / accessories for defective / worn out items (Supply of spares / accessories required for healthiness of ACB are in AAI scope), regreasing of the ACB parts as recommended by OEM, refixing the ACB, testing and observance for normal operation of ACB complete as required. Note - Service Report to be submitted in L&T letterhead / L&T authorise Service Dealer letter head.

Carriying out the Dehydration of Transformer oil of 400 KVA Transformer (Make - Kotson) in 400 KVA C &S PSS at site i/c transportation of dehydration machine, di-electric strength test (BDV value) of oil before and after dehydration at site and submisstion of report as per requirement. Note - The Transformer having capacity of 330 Ltrs of Tranformer Oil.

One time Servicing, Maintenance, Testing, overhauling of complete outdoor type PACKAGE/COMPACT SUB-STATION of M/s Sudhir Power Make through OEM Service Er or OEM authorised Dealer /Service Er.only as per the OEM recommendation and scope of work of TSC/ SCC of the contract. PSS is comprising of following- HT Panel - 12KV, 630 A, 21kA/3sec, 3Way non extensible SF6 insulated RMUcomprising of 02 Nos. 630A Manual Load Breaker Switch and 01 No. 630A Manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker. Transformer - 11KV/0.433KV , 630 KVA dry type Transformer -01 Nos LV componenet - 4P, 1250A, Drawout ACB-01 Nos, 4P 630 A MCCB-02 Nos. & 3P 400 A MCCB-01 Nos. Capacitor Panel - APFC 200KVAR Capacitor Panel- 01 Nos. PSS is comprising all above i/c metering, relay etc complete. OEM Service Er. has to submit the relay calibration report along with service and maintenance report of Transformer, RMU , HT & LT Panel and capacitor panel i/c healthiness report after service and other report if any as per OEM recommendations complete.

Providing and installations of decoraed themed Selfie points along with focus lights on the occasion of Independence Day, Republic Day and any other occasions as decided by EIC for 03 days on each occasion on Hiring (Rental) basis with following type of decoration accessories (Selfie point) with provision for operation as per National Flag Theme (Tricolour)/ Occassion themes for Indoor use, including supply and installation of Selfie point with suitable mounting arrangements, wiring / cabling, loading, unloading, transportation, dismantling etc. complete as required. Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of existing 1X20 KVA ALPHA-33 UPS (PEGASUS make UNLE190361) through OEM & OEM Authorised Service Dealer only including servicing, repairing, supply and replacement of spares(Except Battery- Battery shall be provided by AAI if required) as per the requirement and quarterly preventive maintenance visits (Minimum four visit in a year) and breakdown visits through OEM or OEM Authorised dealer only strictly as per the scope of work of Special Condition of Contract.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of existing 100 KVA UPS (VERTIV make UPS Liebert EXM SERIES Model) in Substation for GLF through OEM & OEM Authorised Service Dealer only including servicing, repairing, supply and replacement of spares (Except Battery- Battery shall be provided by AAI if required) as per the requirement and quarterly preventive maintenance visits (Minimum four visit in a year) and breakdown visits through OEM only strictly as per the scope of work of Special Condition of Contract.

Rewinding of Wall Mount Fan as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and E class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangement for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). Note - Agency shall be responsible for rewinding and repairing of Wall Mount Fan for 06 months and dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer.

Rewinding of Monoblock Pump upto 1 HP Capacity as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and E class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangement for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). Note - Agency shall be responsible for rewinding and repairing of Monoblock Pump upto 1 HP Capacity for 06 months and dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer.

Rewinding of Submersible Motor Pump upto 2 HP as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and E class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangement for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). Note - Agency shall be responsible for rewinding and repairing of Submersible Motor Pump upto 2 HP for 06 months and dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer.

Lifting and lowering of submersible pump motor set upto 5HP capacity from the depth upto 80 feet including dismantling of the column pipe, cable etc and reinstallation of pump and motor set in the bore well along with all necessary work like providing and fixing of required gasket & nut bolts, and welding & threading of GI Pipe and Flange etc as required and making connection to the discharge line after dry revolution test complete as required.

Sampling and testing of Inlet and Treated Water from STP at Kushinagar Airport through a Government-approved/authorized laboratory on Quarterly Basis. Analysis to include the following parameters- pH, BOD, COD, TSS, Oil & Grease, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Bacteriological - E. coli. Submission of detailed test report.

Repainting of existing LT panel with one coat epoxy primer and two coats epoxy paint by spray machine, including surface preparation, removal of rust/old paint, cleaning, curing, protection of adjacent equipment, and all labour, materials, tools & tackles, complete as per specifications without hampering the operations and Engineer-in-Charges direction.
