Open Tender for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1. The Contractor must have the skilled Technical Persons who are having experience in the area of Ball/Bowl Mills. The Total No. of Skilled, Semi skilled and Unskilled Man power and List of Man power to be submitted along with bid. Two Nos electrician to be available continuously in the site till the completion of work. 2. The Contractor must mobilize the total T&P at the site required for carrying out the work before the commencement of overhaul. The List of T&P to be submitted to Concerned Engineer before the commencement of overhaul. 3. List of T&P Required along with quantity(Approx): Welding Rectifiers(400A, 600A) along with cables– 10 Nos, Gas Cutting sets along with Nozzles - 10 Nos, Ceilings and webbing slings of different tonnage(1 Ton, 2 Ton, 3 Ton, 5 Ton)-and D shackles- 5 Nos each, Chain blocks of different capacities(1 Ton, 2 Ton, 3 Ton, 5 Ton)-3 Nos Each, Grinding machines (AG4, AG5 and AG7) - 2 Nos each, Hydraulic Jacks of different capacities along with pumps- 2 Nos each, Complete set of spanners, snaps, Hammers, Allen keys, Sufficient safety belts, Sufficient 24V DC Lighting, Vernier Callipers-3 Nos, Micro Meter-3 Nos, Master Level-2 Nos, Sufficient number of Scaffolding pipes and cable trays, Manila Ropes and Wire Ropes in the area of work and any other T&P required during the course of work. 4. The Contractor must Mobilize Mechanical Plate Bending Machine to roll the Sail hard plate with 2000 mm width and 20 mm thick with all the accessories.(Motor HP:15 HP). Also, the contractor must have technical skilled person who is having experience in the operation of bending machine. 5. The Contractor must provide Personal Safety appliance like Safety belts, welding helmets, cutting goggles, Nose Masks, Safety Helmets, First aid Kits etc for all the workmen engaged in the work. The TG GENCO is not responsible for any accidents to the labour engaged by the contractor during the course of work. 6. The work shall be started immediately from the date of issue of LOI/Clearance for the start of work/Work Order, whichever is earlier. The work is to be completed within 15-20 days from the date of Unit tripping. After the completion of work and synchronization of unit, the contractor should arrange one team with necessary man power for a period of 10 days for attending the complaints in the works which were carried out by the contractor. The work is to be carried out round the clock during the overhaul period. 7. Hydraulic Crane(Escort), Oxygen Gas, LPG Gas, Welding Electrodes, Cutting Electrodes, SS Welding electrodes will be provided by TG GENCO at free of cost. 8. The work should be carried out strictly as per specification and instructions of TG GENCO Engineers and Up to their satisfaction and the work should be completed within prescribed time. 9. M/s. TGGENCO is not responsible to the accidents if any to the labor engaged to this work. 10. Any loss or damage to M/s. TGGENCO properties due to negligence of contractor should be borne by the contractor. 11. Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages by way of demand draft payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after completion of Guarantee period. 12. All safety precautions are to be taken by the contractor for the safety of the personnel involved in the work 13. TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted. 14. The contractor must take 100 % safety precautions to those who are working at site. If any fatal accident occurs to the workers during the execution of the work at site, TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the any kind of risk is the firm’s responsibility and the firm may take care of it 15. 0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025, Dt:01.09.2025 16. The firm is solely responsible for any accidents, damages to equipment, or untoward incidents during the work. TGGENCO will not be liable for personnel safety, material loss, or tools/ equipment (T&P) during execution. During execution of the work, if any life risk (or) fatal accidents occurs, TGGENCO will not be responsible any kind of accidents for your labour supplied and it is purely the contractor's responsibility
