The bidder shall be eligible as per G.O. Ms. No. 21, dated 13.04.2017, issued by the Government of Telangana
The bidder shall possess a valid Electrical Grade-A and B Contractor Licence issued by the competent authority.
The bidder shall upload a valid PAN Card
The bidder shall upload a valid GST Registration Certificate.
If the bidder quotes more than 25% below the Estimated Contract Value (ECV), the bidder shall submit the required Additional Security Deposit (ASD) in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC, as per tender conditions. Failure to submit the prescribed ASD shall result in rejection of the bid
If the bidder who ever quoted less below 25 percentage of ECV should upload under taking letter
The contractor shall submit a consent letter accepting responsibility for electrical safety during the contract period and shall deploy sufficient qualified electricians to attend faults and emergencies.
The bidder shall submit only one Demand Draft (DD) from the concerned agency. Submission of multiple DDs shall render the bid liable for rejection
Any bidder who furnishes false information, submits forged documents, or has a record of poor performance, abandonment of works, abnormal delay, litigation, or financial failure is liable for disqualification
The bidder shall upload only the documents specified in the tender conditions. Incomplete or irrelevant documents may lead to rejection of the bid.
The contractor shall follow the prescribed verification protocol, including physical or video verification supported by valid Government-issued identity proof
The contractor shall cooperate with any third-party verification or social audit, if required by GHMC
Any manipulation, falsification, or irregularity detected during verification or social audit shall attract suitable penalties, including blacklisting, as decided by the Competent Authority
The successful bidder shall ensure that all temporary/decorative lights are switched OFF before 06:00 AM every day. Any light found glowing during daytime shall be treated as day burning, and penalty shall be imposed as per the tender conditions. Repeated violations shall attract further action.
