The product must be ammonia solution 25% by mass, AR grade per IS 799:1985. Packaging must be 25-litre containers (Jerry cans or carboys), narrow-mouth, leak-proof, tamper-proof, with a vent hole for safe storage; COA provided with every lot.

Lot 1 requires delivery 0-30 days from order; Lot 2 requires delivery 31-60 days. Total quantity targets are 40,000 L across two lots, with allocation rules favoring L1/MSE as specified.

Payments are made within 45 days from the appointed day after delivery or after resolution of buyer objections within 15 days. This timing applies to both Lot 1 and Lot 2 deliveries once accepted.

If L1 is an MSE vendor, 100% of the quantity is allocated to L1 in two lots. If L1 is non-MSE and L2 matches price, 25% (10,000 L) may go to the MSE vendor, with staggered delivery schedules.

Bidder must demonstrate AR grade compliance per IS 799:1985 and supply a Certificate of Analysis with each lot. Packaging must meet leak-proof, tamper-proof criteria for 25 L containers, with venting as described.

The purchaser may increase or decrease the quantity by up to 25% at contract placement and during the currency of the contract, with delivery times adjusted using the stated formula and a minimum 30 days if required.
