The Pre-bid meeting will be held on 03:00 PM of 11.08.2021 (both physically and virtually). A Virtual Link will also be given on the E-mail address provided by interested bidders in the pre-bid format. Bidder may choose to join either physically or virtually.

An eligible Bidder must be a legal entity in the form of Proprietorship Firm /Partnership Firm / Private Limited Company / Public Limited Company.

Bidder could either be a Single entity or a Consortium of maximum 03 organizations.

i. Must not have been blacklisted by any State Government/ Central Government / Donor Agency. ii. Should have experience in skill training in NSQF compliant courses continuously for at least the last three years preceding the date of submission of the proposal.

Bidders would be classified into Type 1 & Type 2. Eligibility criteria is been defined as follows for both types of bidders: i. Type 1 Bidder ? * Average annual turnover of at least Rs 30 Cr in the last 3 years (FY 17-18, 18-19, 19-20) * Net worth of at least Rs 05 Cr as on last year (as on 31-03-2020)

Bidders would be classified into Type 1 & Type 2. Eligibility criteria is been defined as follows for both types of bidders: ii. Type 2 Bidder ? * Average annual turnover of at least Rs 10 Cr in the last 3 years (FY 17-18, 18-19, 19-20) * Net worth of at least Rs 1 Cr as on last year (as on 31-03-2020). * An agreement with a reputed corporate for providing technical supervision and placement of candidates trained under this project. In such case BSDM reserves the right to review and acknowledge the submitted agreement.

THE RFP IS UNDER SINGLE BID SYSTEM AND THERE IS NO COST BID OR FINANCIAL BID IN THIS RFP TENDER. PLEASE READ THE RFP ACCORDINGLY AND IGNORE COST BID WHEREVER MENTIONED.
