Invitation to Bid - Procurement Services in TELANGANA

EMD for an amount of Rs.9,500.00/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Five Hundred only) in the form of DD / online payment issued by any Nationalized/ Scheduled bank, in favor of the TDWSCL Deposits payable at Bank of Baroda Somajiguda, Hyderabad and submit the DD in original within two days from technical bid opening

Should submit a copy of acknowledgement of Registration of firm in case of firm / Certificate of incorporation in case of company.

The intending bidders should be authorized dealers of the item to be supplied and should submit letter given by the concerned manufacturer of the items to participate in the bid.

Latest GST Registration certificate.

The PAN Card

Latest Income tax returns.

Experience Certificate / Delivery challan in proof of experience in Supply & delivery of similar type of items to the Central or State Government organizations / Board or Corporation / Public Sector, in any one year during last ten years.

A Self Declaration stating that ?I/We have gone through all the bid conditions and accepted them without any pre conditions?.

A copy of ?partnership deed? in case of firm or MOA in case of a company should be enclosed to the bid.

Audited Chartered Accountant Certificate of turnover in any one year to a tune of Rs.5.00 lakhs of last ten years.

Based on the requirement the quantity of items as mentioned in technical specifications of part 1 at Volume II, may increase or decrease in the agreement period of time.
