EMD for an amount Rs.40,000.00/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only in the form of online payment / DD issued by any Nationalized / Scheduled bank, in favour of the TDWSCL Deposits payable at Bank of Baroda Somajiguda, Hyderabad and if uploaded in the form of DD then submit the original within two days from technical bid opening

If the bidder is a manufacturer of the equipment, the bidder should submit the declaration duly stating that bidder is willing to take up the servicing / repairs of the particular item in any part of Telangana through the servicing personnel trained from the manufacturer.

If the bidder is an authorized dealer, he / she should submit authorization letter from the concerned manufacturer for the particular item to participate in the bid duly mentioning the bid notice number and willingness to take up the servicing / repairs of the particular item in any part of Telangana through the servicing personnel trained from the manufacturer.

Should submit a copy of acknowledgement of Registration of firm in case of firm / Certificate of incorporation in case of company

A Self Declaration stating that ?I/We have gone through all the bid conditions and accepted them without any pre conditions?.

A copy of ?Partnership deed? in case of firm/ a copy of certificate of incorporation or MOA in case of a company should be enclosed to the bid.

Experience Certificate / Delivery challan in proof of experience in Supply & delivery of similar type of items to the Central or State Government organizations / Board or Corporation / Public Sector, in any one year during last ten years

Past work orders or Experience / Performance certificate for CMC of instruments/equipment for 10 KVA & 5 KVA UPS

Audited Chartered Accountant Certificate of turnover in any one year to a tune of Rs.20.00 lakhs of last ten years.

Based on the requirement the quantity of items as mentioned in technical specifications of part I at Volume II, may increase or decrease in the agreement period of time.

Color brochure depicting the photo of the item, make, its technical specifications, salient features etc.

Statement showing the list of items with details of make and model etc. as shown in the part ? II of Vol. ?II.
