1. The work should be completed during 2026-27 as and when required as per the instructions of Engineer in charge. 2. The work should be carried out strictly as per specification and instructions of TGGENCO Engineers 3. The equipment to be earthed must be connected to the earth pit through GI flat conductor with bolt & nut. 4. The earth pit chamber must be constructed perfectly level with the ground surface and must be structurally strong enough to withstand 5 ton static load to bear the weight of vehicular traffic especially escort and equipment passing over it. Care shall be taken regarding level of the floor surrounding the earth so that the chamber is not too deep in the soil or projecting out of it. 5. The earth pit chamber must be painted black, with pulling hooks, shall be provided to cover the earth pit. Labeling of each pit should be done as per instructions of TGGENCO site engineer. 6. Contractor shall ensure safe execution of work for both man and material and nearby installation, if any Accident occurred at site, Contractor shall be responsible for the same and no claim shall be applicable by contractor to TGGENCO. Supplier shall arrange to His personnel, suitable safety devices such as safety shoes, safety belts, helmet, gloves etc 7. The Labour and material like earth electrodes /pipes, earth flat accessories and fittings such as bolts , washers, nuts, screw ,cleats, clamps, anchors , fasteners, tools and tackles, electric power extensions and any material required for satisfactory completion of the estimated work but not mentioned are under the scope of the contractor. 8. The Contractor shall install earthing conductor required for the system and individual equipment earthing. All work such as cutting, bending, clamping, bolting and connecting into structures, pipes, equipment frames terminals, rails or other devices shall be in the contractor's scope of work. The contractor shall also carry-out the excavation and trenching work involved. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining excavation, bracing shoving, pumping and disposal of water without damage to the property. The CONTRACTOR shall also back-fill and reinstates the trenches after installation of earthing conductors. 9. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED. If any blacklist from any other organization is found the bidder is disqualified to open the price bids. 10. The bidders are encouraged to visit the site before submitting their offers and assess the total quantum of job and site related issues that may arise during execution. General Terms& conditions: 1. Labor license, EPF,ESI/GIS, GST Registration should be furnished along with the tender. 2. M/s. TGGENCO is not responsible to the accidents if any to the labor engaged to this work. 3. The contractor has to follow all the labor laws and rules in force. 4. Any loss or damage to M/s. TGGENCO properties due to negligence of contractor should be borne by the contractor. 5. The firm/contractor representative should be easily available to concerned officers through phone & mail. There should be no delays in communicating with concerned officers. 6. If there is any loss to the GENCO property due to the negligence of the contractors employed by the contractor, the contractor has to make good the losses assessed by D.E/EM&MRT/KTPS-V Stage. 7. The work shall be carried out strictly as per the specification and instructions of the TGGENCO Engineers and their entire satisfaction. 8. PENALTY: i). If the contractor has fails to complete the work within the prescribed time, a penalty at the rate of ½ % (half) per cent of the total value of the contract for every week or part thereof limited to maximum of 5% will be imposed on the Specific acceptance of this value should be indicated by the contractor in this quotation. 9. 0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards TELANGANA Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025. 10. TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour/Service person while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted. 11. The contractor has to follow all Rules and Labor laws in force. 12. M/s. TGGENCO is not responsible to the accidents if any to the labor engaged to this work. 13. Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages by way of demand draft payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after completion of Guarantee period. 14. All safety precautions are to be taken by the contractor for the safety of the personnel involved in the work. 15. The contractor must take 100 % safety precautions to those who are working at site. If any fatal accident occurs to the workers during the execution of the work at site, TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the any kind of risk is the firm’s responsibility and the firm may take care of it 16. WELFARE & SAFETY: a) The contractor has to observe all the safety measures for the workers engaged and necessary precautionary measures must be taken, in order to avoid accidents, while carrying out the work entrusted, duly insisting the workers to use safety appliances. b). Contractor is responsible for all the accidents and the consequences due to any accidents that take place inside or outside the premises to their workers. The TGGENCO Ltd., will pay no compensation if any, accidents occur to his workers while carrying out the work. Insurance against all types of risk for the contractors workers during the period of execution of the work will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost before commencement of work. 17. The firm is solely responsible for any accidents, damages to equipment, or untoward incidents Fatal accidents during the work. TGGENCO will not be liable for personnel safety, material loss, or tools/ equipment (T&P) during execution. During execution of the work, if any life risk (or) fatal accidents occurs, TGGENCO will not be responsible any kind of accidents for your labour supplied and it is purely the contractor's responsibility
