The bidder should have experience in carrying out complete rewinding works of at least 1 No Dry type cast resin Transformer of rating not less than 5MVA with HV Side voltage of 11KV or above to any Power Generation stations/Transmission/Distributioncompanies in India within Last Seven years from the date of tender availability on e-procurement.

The Bidder should submitperformance certificate from the end user for the satisfactory performance for a minimum period of one year for the complete rewinding works carried out transformer on the date of tender availability on e-procurement.

The Bidder should have in house NABL Accredited testing Facilities for carrying out all Type tests & Routine tests as per IS 2026/IEC-60067 (latest amendments.Confirmation letter may be required

The bidder should have vapour phase drying system facility at their own workshop. Bidder should submit the documentary evidence indicating the installation of vapour phase drying system at bidder workshop.Confirmation letter may be required

The bidder should submit under taking letter that the repaired transformer shall be guaranteed for satisfactory operation period of not less than 12 monthsfrom the date of commissioning (OR) 18 months from the date of receipt of Transformer at site in good condition.

The bidder shall submit Solvency Certificate issued by any Nationalized bank/ Scheduled bank for not less than 100% value of the Estimated Contract Value (ECV) and which shall not be older than 12 Months from the date of Tender availability on e-procurement plat form for documentary evidence

The Bidder shall upload undertaking for confirmation that Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) of the subject material shall be submitted in TGGENCO Format No. QMS-E1-QA-F4 for approval (As per schedule-I).
