The bidder shall submit the IT Returns (FY2024-25 & 2025-26)

The bidder should have Minimum turnover more than ECV in any year during the last three financial year viz.,2023-24 to 2025-26

The Addl. Security Deposit at 5% on Contract value for tenders up to 25% more than the Estimated Contract Value of work in the form of DD/BG drawn in favour of Commissioner, MMC from Nationalized / Scheduled Commercial Banks Only. Note: No exemption for NSIC or any other Registered Firms

The successful bidder must furnish Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) at the rate of 1.5% of the Contract Value (CV) through online payment in favour of the Commissioner, MMC. In case of successful bidder, failure on his/her part to deposit the Money Deposit (EMD) at the rate of 1.5% within the stipulated time will result forfeiture of EMD
