Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• GST: GST will be reimbursed as actuals or applicable rates, whichever lower; invoice in consignee name with GSTIN; GST portal payment verification required
• Inspection: Pre-dispatch by nominated agency (RITES) or post-receipt by consignee; Acceptance Test Report required
• Scope: Supply of goods only; all cost components included in bid price; packing in standard drum lengths
• Delivery/Packaging: Standard 500 m drums; 500 m ±5%; alternative lengths up to 200 m per drum where applicable; penalty or acceptance criteria per ATC
• Quantity Tolerance: Minus 5% within PO quantity acceptable; warranty and performance conditions apply
• Documentation: OEM authorization, GST documentation, BIS license copies, ISI certificates, and ATC compliance documents required with bid
