Payments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC

Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

For all works costing Rs.20.0 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill.No running account bill shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance

Violation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class/suspension of business/removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue

The contractor is declaration of genuineness of certificate uploaded by compulsory of current date

The L1 Contractor who have quoted more than 25 percentage less, shall invariably pay the amount above 25% through online payment mode during payment of EMD, failing which their tender will not be considered.

L1 Bidder has to pay the corpus fund fee within 3 days in e-procurement for EMD refund of rest other bidders. If failed tender will be rejected or will not be eligible for next tenders too.

Statement?IV showing works on hand must be uploaded by the contractors if any discrepancies found in statement-IV the contractors will be imposed ban / suspension to participate in future tenders of current date

Bid capacity (3AN-B) must be greater than ECV (G.O. Rt. No. 294 dt. 18-07-2020, MA & UD, Govt. of Telangana). The Tenders will be evaluated strictly as per above said GO.

Contractor is to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate in Civil Engineering works for consecutive last ten years ie., from 2016-17 to 2025-26 (from which ever year applicable) with UDI number duly certified by the CA on the letter head. Out of which highest value will be considered. CA certificate with UDIN number only will be considered.
