Tender Notice for Housekeeping services at Project 400kV SSC Division in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer shall be a reputed manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour / Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for the work of Providing Housekeeping Services to Office of the Executive Engineer (Ele), Project-400kV SSC Division, KPTCL, Hebbala, Bengaluru. Documentary proof in the form of certificate of registration issued by GoK is to be uploaded.

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years (in the last five years i.e from FY-2021-22 to FY-2025-26) an average annual financial turnover of Rs.3.12 Lakhs not less than the amount put to tender. Documentary proof certified by a Chartered Accountant is to be uploaded.

The tenderer should have provided Housekeeping services (Housekeeping service provided in single place of working) in State/ Central Government Departments/ Organizations, Public sector/ Private Companies / Banks and Financial Institutions, KPTCL / ESCOMs of contract value not less than Rs.1.56 Lakhs per annum evidencing the same, satisfactorily, to at least one reputed Organization for a minimum period of One year during the last three financial years i.e., from FY-2022-23 to FY-2025-26. The experience certificates issued by competent officers (not below the rank of EE or equivalent cadre) are to be uploaded.

The tenderer shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI and Payment of Wages etc. and provide the necessary proof of its compliance every month together with the bill. In case the tenderer fails to provide such proof of payments made to the personnel until 25th of the month in which month it is due and such default occurs for more than 3 months in any continuous period of 12 months, the same will be considered as Breach of Contract. The tenderer shall comply with all the statutory requirements evidencing the same. The self-declaration letter by the tenderer in the letterhead of the firm is to be uploaded along with the ESI and EPF registration certificate.

The tenderer should be in a position to provide tendered No. of Housekeeping staff within one week from the date of award of Contract. The self-declaration letter by the tenderer in the letterhead of the firm is to be uploaded. (Tenderers shall produce attested copies of qualification certificate of personnel deployed by them before issue of award)

The tenderer shall have GST registration certificate issued by the competent authority and the bidder shall upload the certificates of GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) submitted to GST department during the months from Jan 2026 to Mar 2026.

The tenderer whose contracts have been terminated / foreclosed / blacklisted/ penalized by any Organizations during the last Three years i.e., from FY-2022-23 to FY-2025-26 due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations/ deficiency in service are not eligible to participate in the tender.
