Local Content Declaration and NDA documents are mandatory. A 12-month warranty starts from acceptance, with QA tests and dimensional reports to NABL standards as applicable. • Access/Participation: Limited to pre-approved vendors; signing of Scope of Work and ATC pages with acceptance remarks is mandatory.
• Documents: Local Content Declaration, NDA on firm letterhead; drawings, QA certificates, and testing reports to be submitted with bid.
• Payment Terms: 100% payment after material receipt or bill submission via NEFT/RTGS within 30 days.
• Amendments: Tax/duty changes evaluated per AVNLPM 2024.
