Delivery is governed by the original delivery order; option clause allows up to 25% quantity change. If extended, additional time is (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period with a minimum of 30 days.

Interchangeability certificate is mandatory with the supply. Ensure all certificates sought in the Bid Document and ATC are uploaded; compliance with ATC terms is critical for eligibility.

Quantity variation up to 25% is allowed at the time of placement and during the currency of the contract at contracted rates, per the option clause.

Scope is supply of goods only for RC FEEDER and RC FEEDER GEAR BOX; installation and commissioning are not included in this contract.

The supplier must provide an official interchangeability certificate confirming compatibility and interchangeability of supplied RC FEEDER components with existing systems as per specification.

Failure to upload required certificates/documents, including interchangeability certificate and ATC, can lead to rejection of the bid; always upload all mandatory items per Bid Document.
