248.00 lakhs (Rupees Two Crores and Forty Eight Lakhs Only) vide DT A.S.Reg.No. DT/ASNO/2026-27/153, dt:18-06-2026 and T.S.No: 80/2026-27. dt:20-06-2026. and communicated vide reference 1st & 2nd cited respectively. The expenditure is chargeable to “Board Funds for the financial year 2026-27.” 2) Tenders are Proposed to invite under e’ procurement platform for the above subject work and the Bids document is prepared duly keeping the following eligibility and qualification criterias as per G.O.Ms.No.94, dtd:01.07.2003 of I&CAD Department and its amendments. 3) Tenderers are required to furnish necessary data/documents along with their tender in support of their competence as per G.O.Ms.No.94, dtd:01.07.2003 of I & CAD Department DATA/Documents furnished shall be true in all respects. On verification by HMWSSB if it is found to be not true or if the tenderer has attempted to conceal any unfavorable data, their tender will be treated as non-responsive and will be rejected 4) The eligibility criteria for the subject work is as follows: a. Registered Contractors of Class–I (Electrical) as per G.O.Ms.No.21 I&CAD (Reforms) Dept dt:13.04.2017 amendment to Annexure-III of G.O.Ms 94 I & CAD (PW-COD) Dept dated: 1-7-2003 of Irrigation & CAD Department, GoAP and the tenderer must have Electrical Grade-A License exceeding 132KV all voltages issued by Electrical Inspectorate of Govt. TS. b. The Tenderer must have experience in operation and maintenance of 132/6.6KV substations allied with with 1300KW pump sets. c. The Tenderer should have MOU/Authorization for mechanical seals for minimum capacity of 1300KW HSC pumps. i) Past Experience: Similar works cost: It is necessary that the tenderer should have successfully executed similar type of works in the past ten years, i.e, not earlier than April 2016 in one or more of the said works maintained successfully by the tenderer added together shall be minimum of Rs:199.48 Lakhs in any one year during the past 10 years. The present worth of each of these jobs executed and completed by the tenderer in the past will be calculated based on the escalation of 10% per annum. . Physical Quantities: It is necessary that the tenderer should have successfully executed similar type of works i.e., i The tenderer should have experience in i) supply and delivery of pump shafts for minimum capacity of 1300KW pumps – 09 Nos ii) supply and delivery of mechanical seals for SCT 350/66H model pump of minimum 1300 KW -45 Nos iii) Supply and delivery of bearings for minimum of 1300KW pump sets – 90 Nos in one or more contracts added together in any one year during the past 10 years (specified financial years) i.e. not earlier than April’2016 in any of the Government Departments/Government Undertakings. 5) Bidder capacity: The assessed capacity of the Tenderer, as calculated below, shall not be less than the estimated value of the contract.
