Munitions India Limited Dunnage for Bullet Boxes Stacking AFK/SK-168-04 Tender 2026 – Defence Production

Bidders must be the product manufacturer to avail the MSE preference; provide stamped AFK/SK-168-04 drawings, MSME certificate if applicable, OEM authorization, GST, PAN, and comply with ATC. The bid requires compliance documents and the final delivery must include OEM warranty certificates with 1-year coverage.

Submit stamped and signed drawing AFK/SK-168-04, MSME registration (if claiming MSE status), OEM authorization, GST certificate, PAN, technical bid documents, and evidence of conformity to ATC. Include CRAC-based payment terms and inspection readiness at AFK.

Payment is 100% within 30 days of CRAC generation. Ensure timely submission of CRAC by consignee and provide all required documentation to avoid delays; delivery is GOODS-only with proper warranty certificates.

A 1-year warranty from final acceptance or post-installation testing is required; OEM warranty certificates must be supplied at delivery. Also, demonstrate a nationwide service network with installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance capabilities.

Only manufacturers may avail MSE preference; traders are excluded. If L-1 is non-MSE, an MSE seller within L-1+15% may match to obtain up to 25% of total value under the policy.

Bid must comply with the drawing AFK/SK-168-04; ensure stamping and signing of the drawing, and comply with ATC as mandatory. Evidence of compliance should accompany the bid submission.

Inspection is conducted by an authorised representative of CGM/AFK; ensure readiness of the Dunnage goods for inspection at AFK as per terms and provide access to the inspection authority.
