Contract Bidding Open For Appointment of Project Management Consultancy by Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QC&BS) PMC in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Shall have minimum 5 years of experience in Consultancy Services.

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultancy in its name (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25) should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of Rs.15.00 Lakhs (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) in at least two financial years in the last five years from Consultancy Services

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultancy in its name should have completed single construction of Building/Road supervision for an amount of Rs.12.00 Lakhs in the last five financial years in a government /semi-Government department as a Prime Consultant (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25)

Certified copies of the IT Returns, Audit Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, etc by a Chartered Accountant should be furnished for last five years (i.e.,2020-21 to 2024-25)

Credentials for the work done certificates obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer for one completed work of similar nature shall be furnished indicating the work done and other essential details. The client reserves the right for the verification of such documents submitted.

The Consultant shall submit the details of key professionals and other details in the required format

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR

Bid Capacity in the prescribed format should be submitted.

Consultant should have well established NABL Accredited Laboratory.
