The contract allows a +/- 50% adjustment in quantity or duration before the contract is issued; after issue, the same cap applies. Bidders must agree to revised quantity or duration if invoked by the buyer.

Scope includes VPC provisioning, cloud migration, and cloud operations & maintenance. The BOQ lists no items; bidders should rely on the attached Scope of Work for precise deliverables and performance criteria.

In case of conflict, the Scope of Work document prevails over GeM terms. Bidders should thoroughly align proposals with SOW requirements, performance metrics, and service levels described therein.

Hardcopy EMD must be delivered within 5 days of the Bid End date or Bid Opening date. Ensure the DD is payable in New Delhi and attach the receipt with the submission package.
