The prospective bidder should have past experience in supply of same/similar material in any two years during the last 05 Years (2021-22, 22-23, 23-24, 24-25, 25-26) (Details of last supplies made by the Company of similar material clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date, PO Value, invoice copies,. Performance certificates from the customers shall be enclosed)

Accept to supply the material as per indented specifications only

All the bid schedules A to F duly filled and signed

The material should have a warranty period of 12 months from the date it is kept in service or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is early.

The material should be Interchangeable and compatible with the existing IPA make belt weigher panels in all aspects, including the connecting ports.

If the bidder is exempted from submitted EMD as per the specified conditions in the tender, the bidder has to take prior approval from CE/O&M/KTPP before submitting the documents in e-procurement portal and which may be obtained through mail id: [email protected]
