The Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 22,496/-Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms.

The contractor should have minimum 3months of experience in similar nature of work for Lubrication or Greasing or Any Overhauls of HT Motors, Pumps, Bearing replacements .The contractor shall submit copies of any of the following documents, as documentary evidence in support of the above: work orders/purchase orders or performance/satisfactory certificates, or work completion certificates.

The Ownership of the tractor should be in the name of the Contractor/Firm only. Vehicles taken on lease by the bidder under a valid & legally enforceable lease agreement shall also be eligible, subject to submission of an attested copy of the said lease agreement. (RC &relevant documents should be uploaded).In case new vehicle is booked, the tenderer may participate with temporary registration cer
