Bidders must hold ISO 9001 certification (or OEM certification) and upload all certificates with the technical bid. Ensure NDA is signed if drawings are shared for firms not registered with BEML, and provide quality documents per Technical Bid Points 12 & 13. Submission must include GST and PAN details.

Required documents include GST registration, PAN, up-to-date experience certificates for similar brackets, financial statements for the last three years, EMD documentation, ISO 9001 certificate, OEM authorizations if applicable, and NDA for drawings if not BEML-registered.

Bids must anticipate both pre-dispatch inspection at seller premises by BEML SIT and post-receipt inspection at the consignee site by BEML Receiving Quality. Ensure readiness for these checks and provide traceable quality documentation.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 50% of bid quantity at contract rates. Delivery time extends using a calculated formula based on increased quantity, with a minimum extension of 30 days.
