Eligibility Criteria : i) The Bidder shall be in business for the last 5 years. (Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration shall be uploaded). ii) Only the authorized dealer or Manufacturer is allowed to participate in the bid. The tender specific Authorization Letter from the Manufacturer is Mandatory and it shall be uploaded. iii) The Bidder shall upload copies of earlier Purchase Orders placed by the Govt. Departments/PSUs which shall not be earlier than 2020-21 and have supplied the furniture to Govt. Departments/PSUs for not less than Rs.20.00 Lakhs in any one year in the last five financial years from FY2020-21 to FY2025-26. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED for a period of three years. Delivery period: The bidder shall deliver the material to the consignee within 45 days from the date of receipt of the Purchase order or 30 days from the date of dispatch clearance given by TGGENCO based on inspection, whichever is earlier. Guarantee/Warranty period: The supplied material should have a Guarantee/Warranty & Support for the period of 12 months from the date of receipt & installation of materials in full shape at destination. The manufacturing defects if any, noticed during the guarantee period subsequent to the date of completion of supply/erection, shall be rectified by the supplier at supplier’s cost. All defective parts if any, shall be replaced. Note: All the terms & conditions strictly as per NIT only.
