• Inspection: Pre-dispatch inspection by Buyer/Consignee or Authorized Agency at seller premises; external inspection charges borne by Buyer.
• Documentation: OEM warranty certificates required at delivery; well-established service network in India for installation, commissioning, training, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Scope: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning; includes all cost components as per bid price; GST to be quoted with consideration of actuals or applicable rates as per tender policy.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Warranty: 1-year warranty from final acceptance or post-installation; OEM warranty certificates to be submitted at delivery; service centers nationwide with ready after-sales support.
• Compliance: Bidders must upload all required certificates/documents; GST guidance provided, with rates as actuals or quoted, whichever lower.
• Inspection: Pre-dispatch inspection arrangements and responsibilities defined; external lab/testing charges borne by Buyer; in-house testing facilities to be provided by Seller at no cost.
