Submit GST registration, PAN card, experience certificates for forging supply, financial statements, OEM authorizations (if applicable), MII/MSME certificates, Quality Assurance Plan, and tooling/Die capability documentation. Ensure GST invoice samples meet the original-for-buyer courier requirement within 5-8 days of dispatch.

Delivery begins from the last date of the original delivery order; option quantity can extend delivery by (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, minimum 30 days. Extensions may be applied up to the original delivery period, subject to contract terms and evaluation by the committee.

Forgings must conform to the drawings and Quality Assurance Plan attached to the tender; specific IS/ISO standards are referenced via the QA documentation and the organization’s quality expectations, with tooling capability to support manufacturing under specified plans.

New suppliers may be considered through a development action after capability assessment by BEML quality team. They must demonstrate tooling readiness, appropriate manufacturing capability, and potential alignment with EM-Division requirements before technical evaluation.

GST invoice must be original for buyer and couriered to Central Registry section, BEML Limited, EM Division, within 5-8 days from dispatch; duplicate and triplicate copies must accompany material. Ensure GSTIN and address match the tender details.

Technical bids are evaluated by a committee comprising Planning, Finance, Quality, and Design/R&D. Meeting qualifying criteria parameters is mandatory; bidders must have prior similar experience and tooling capability. A development action may be triggered based on capability assessment results.

Quantity may be increased up to 50% of the bid quantity at contract placement and again during the currency of the contract at contracted rates. Delivery time extends proportionally, with a minimum 30 days extension if original period is longer than 30 days.
