Condition: 1. The bidder must be a Company, Firm, or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registered under the applicable laws of India. a) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation / Registration (as applicable to Company, Firm, or LLP). b) Copy of Partnership Deed, Memorandum & Articles of Association, or LLP Agreement, as applicable.

The responding firm must not be blacklisted by any Government/Public Sector organization /department in India at the time of submission of the response to this RFP / Tender.Self-declaration that the bidder has not been blacklisted? to be given by the authorized signatory of the responding firm

The bidder should have an average annual turnover greater than or equal to the quoted bid value in the last 5 years.Certificate from Auditors / Company Secretary signed in original and endorsed by the bidder?s representative signing the bid.

The bidder must have experience of a minimum of three completed AI based Voice Chat bot projects for utilities (State/Central/PSU/Private) in India within the last 5 years from the bid submission date.The bidder/OEM shall submit the PO, LOA, work completion certificate, Installation Certificates or satisfactory performance certificate.

The bidder must possess a valid CMMI Level 3 or higher certification as on the date of bid submission.a) Copy of valid CMMI Level 3 (or higher) certificate, issued by an authorized CMMI Institute partner. b) The certificate must be valid as on the date of submission of the bid

ISO Certification Requirement The responding firm must possess the following valid ISO certification as on the date of bid submission: ISO 9001:2015 ? Quality Management System Certification.The bidder shall submit a copy of the valid certificate. The certificate should be in the name of the bidding entity and must be valid on the date of bid submission.

The bidder must not have reported a financial loss in any of the last three financial years ending on 31st March 2026. Furthermore, the bidder shall have a positive net worth as on 31st March 2026.

The bidder shall submit the following documents as proof of compliance with the financial criteria: a) Audited financial statements (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account) for the last three financial years (i.e., FY 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26).

b) Certificate from a Chartered Accountant clearly indicating:Net worth as on 31st March 2026.Profit/Loss status for each of the last three financial years

The bidder must have a minimum of 10 IT professionals on their payroll as on the date of bid submission.a)Certificate from the HR/Authorized Signatory of the bidding organization/OEM confirming that the listed consultants are full-time employees as on the bid submission date. b) Copies of the certificate c) Certificate must be valid on the date of submission of bid
