Sequential procedures include:

Payment terms are as follows:

• 10% advance upon award.
• 40% after completion of 50% of work.
• 30% after testing and acceptance.
• 20% upon project completion and final approval.

All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and compliance with contractual terms.
