Vadodara Road Department Tender for Pothole Patchwork on Main and Internal Roads in West Zone

The contractor shall provide comprehensive patchwork services for potholes and pits on designated roads as per the following scope:

• Conduct patch repairs on main TP roads and internal roads in the West Zone of Vadodara.

The process involves:

1. Site assessment and pothole identification.

The contractor shall also provide necessary documentation and reports upon completion of each repair cycle.

The technical parameters for patchwork repairs include:

• Pothole dimensions: Up to 1 meter diameter and 50 cm depth.
• Repair materials: Cold mix or hot mix asphalt as per project specifications.
• Material temperature: Hot mix at 150°C, Cold mix ready to use.
• Surface preparation: Cleaning and drying of pothole surfaces.
• Compaction: Minimum 95% Proctor density.

Sequential process:

1. Site assessment and pothole marking.
2. Surface cleaning and drying.
3. Application of patching material.
4. Final compaction and curing.
